菲律宾籍马姓神父去年在耶诞节翌日，于新北市任职的天主教堂办公室内，强吻女性友人还摸其私密处，被女性友人提告，新北地检署依强制猥亵罪起诉。
检方调查，马姓神父去年耶诞节翌日凌晨，疑似趁着女性友人昏睡时在办公室时，未经女性友人同意就将手伸进女性友人衣服触摸其胸部，女性友人惊醒反抗，神父却未停手，反而更大胆将手伸进女性友人衣服更深处与裙内触摸私密处，还强吻女性友人得逞。
事后女性友人对马姓神父提告，马姓神父在侦查时坦承犯行，而该名女性友人的内衣上也检测出神父的DNA，检方侦结后依强制猥亵罪起诉。 |
