哦,計數就最好啦,我就至鍾意計數,有根有據唔係班神棍得個吹吖嘛. 建校既地以我諗所知府衙以一両一年租俾辦學團體掛,唔知你又知哩?真係要計,咁以可建樓面面積計四萬五千呎而言,全部唔計地舖當民居租金計,即係府衙出租一億一年左右,起間普通中學計大約係五千萬左右,但俾完即條數就完,之後既開銷就有府衙包底,人工燈油火蠟水電煤連勞保都係府衙既.就算轉做直資,由中一至中七大約一千學生,每用月單係學費講緊係五至八百萬,以普通教師至老校三至六萬月薪計,一個月人工都係兩球左右,但租都係一両一年,就算減埋各項優惠惠既燈油火蠟,一個月開銷點都唔過兩球半,再扣埋有一個月暑假,都起碼有兩成利潤,有錢鎌架. 雖然話地方係租既,用完就一定要卑返府衙;但一日到黑有班客仔係度唔駛做cold call,又長年有新血入,重唔駛孭一大筆租,個場就任用,如果有慒佬捐錢,求其係個學校名加個人名就又卑少尐.咁計條數,受惠既點計都係教會喎.陳日君憑乜話府衙呢個大股東無權監察呀?咪一陣又有校長借機呃人歛財玩細路咁點算呀? | |

羊毛出自羊身上, 60-70年, 好多教會學校都是私立, 後期才改為律校! 只因當時香港政府是英人管治, 既冇資金, 才拱手讓個辦學團給教會. | |
